Our goal: our focus for our solution will be finding a series of actions to be taken (pre, post, and in maintenance) when discriminatory actions are made.
idea: year of anti-disrimination called Build Your Stronger Community
using major events such as WOW, homecoming, freeze fest, finals fest, unity in the community to address the issue throughout.
Use DOC (Diversity Organizations Coalition) to implement, coordinate, and develop with.
Tasks:
Sam: find demographics
Minori: come with catchy and interesting phrases, bio, outline (etc.)
Danae: brainstorm how to effectively reach non-traditional students
Emy: talk to maranda about getting res halls and R.A.'s on board
Dylan:brainstorm how to effectively reach non-traditional students
Cammy: Research discrimination policy and related info
