Present: everyone!!!
We're like a menu.

Our menu has lots of choices. There's so many items on our menu it tends to be busy. Its diverse because you can order it your way, but there are similarities between all of the options.  We are  a high-end menu. It takes a while to prepare the meals. There are special ingredients involved that only are appreciated through certain perspectives. There is a unity to our ingredients. They are excellent alone, but together they ignite the taste buds. When our ingredients are combined the meal is make to perfection and just what you needed.

Plan for presentation:
someone will start with basic intro (TBD at wednesday meeting)
each group member will present a testimony as to why this issue affects their demographic
present stats and summary from campus climate survey
someone will do final conclusion (TBD at wednesday meeting)


Wednesday, 3/23 meeting will be from 3-4 in the Involvement Center (email cammy if you do not know where that is).

1. Simplify our problem
        - sam: awareness
        - Emy: develop a response plan

2. Project: Develop a response plan to discrimination

3. To do:
- Talk to Andriel ( Chief Diversity officer) about campus climate survey
         - ask for any suggestions she might have
- Talk with students
          - Danae will develop questions to ask
- Minori will talk to international community
- Emy will find out who set up the boards
- Cammy will talk to Amy Lloyd about who set up boards
- Find out if there is a generic response plan
- Find out if there are any student organizations trying to do the same thing

4. Questions to ask students
  1. Are they are aware of discrimination or lack of inclusivity?
  2. Do they feel the need to include others?
  3. What are their suggestions?
  4. Do they feel need to get involved when something does happen?
